True North Anesthesia is seeking a motivated, collaborative Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at one of our Eye Centers in Portland, Maine.

This per diem position offers flexibility and autonomy - allowing you to work when you're available and when we have clinical needs at the Eye Center. It's an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking supplemental work, schedule control, or a focused ambulatory setting.

A Level II Trauma Center (584 beds), Community and Critical Access Hospitals, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers.

Academic Qualifications: 1.BSN from an approved school of nursing 2.Graduate from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs 3.Masters in Nurse Anesthesia (preferred) 4.AANA Certification and/or Board Eligible (you have six months to successfully complete boards from the date of hire)

Work Experiences and Skills:

1. Experience:

• Commitment to continuous improvement in self, others, and process
• Completion of an intense "on the job" training program

• ACLS required
• BLS required

• Current State of Maine RN license
• Advanced Practice License (ME)
• Compliance with criteria for biennial recertification as a CRNA as defined by the AANA Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists
